These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nobexmobile.com, operated by NobexTech LLC ("NobexMobile," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

NobexMobile provides phone carrier unlocking, IMEI checking, and related mobile device services to both individual customers and authorized reseller dealers. We work with third-party unlock suppliers to fulfill orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By placing an order, you represent that you are the legal owner of the device or are authorized by the owner to request an unlock.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders require full payment at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may vary by carrier, device, and service type.

Dealer accounts may purchase credits in advance to place orders at wholesale pricing. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Service Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are provided for each service and are not guaranteed. Turnaround depends on third-party carrier and supplier systems beyond our control. Delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the order ultimately fails (see Section 6).

5. Device Eligibility

Not all devices are eligible for unlocking. Devices reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted cannot be unlocked through our Service, and orders for such devices will be rejected and refunded. We are not responsible for verifying the legal ownership history of any device beyond standard IMEI blacklist checks.

6. Refund Policy

If we are unable to complete your unlock order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued automatically when a supplier rejects or cannot process an order

• Refunds are NOT issued for orders that complete successfully, even if the result is not what you expected (e.g., device was not eligible for the carrier you assumed)

• Dealer credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used to place an order

7. Dealer Accounts

Dealer accounts are subject to approval and may receive wholesale pricing based on order volume tier. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit IMEIs for devices you do not own or lack authorization to unlock

• Attempt to defraud or circumvent our payment systems

• Use automated tools to abuse, scrape, or overload our Service

• Resell our services in violation of applicable carrier or supplier agreements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NobexTech LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to device malfunction, data loss, or carrier-side unlock failures beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NobexTech LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
